Terms of Service and End-User License Agreement

Effective Date: January 26, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the website located at deltamathaisolver.com (the "Site") and the services, features, content, or applications offered by our team (collectively, the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and the DeltaMath AI Solver team.

If you do not agree to all of these terms, you are prohibited from using the Service and must discontinue use immediately.

2. Trademark and Affiliation Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: DeltaMath AI Solver is an independent educational resource and technological tool. We are not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with DeltaMath Solutions Inc., or any of its subsidiaries or its affiliates.

The name "DeltaMath" as well as related names, marks, emblems, and images are registered trademarks of their respective owners. The use of the trademarked term "DeltaMath" on this Site is for nominative purposes only—specifically to describe the educational platform for which our AI logic engine provides verification and study support.

3. Academic Integrity and Ethical Use

Our Service is provided as a pedagogical aid designed to support students in understanding the step-by-step logic of mathematical problems. We emphasize that the Service should be used to verify self-completed work, to understand difficult concepts, or as a reference for parents and tutors.

You agree and represent that you will not use the Service to:

  • Engage in academic dishonesty or cheat on graded assignments, quizzes, or exams.
  • Submit AI-generated answers as your own original work in violation of your school's or university's Honor Code.
  • Bypass the learning process intended by your educational institution.

DeltaMath AI Solver reserves the right to limit access to users who are found to be using the platform in a manner that contradicts these ethical standards.

4. AI Accuracy and "As-Is" Provision

While our DeltaLogic™ Symbolic Engine is continuously updated to maintain classroom-standard accuracy, mathematics is a field of absolute precision. Artificial Intelligence, by its nature, may occasionally produce errors ("hallucinations"), incorrect justifications, or formatting inconsistencies.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the mathematical solutions provided will always be 100% accurate or match the specific grading key of your teacher.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content included on the Site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, logic trees, and the underlying AI algorithms, is the property of DeltaMath AI Solver and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

User License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial educational use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on our solver's output for commercial gain without express written consent.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to misuse the Service or help anyone else do so. Specifically, you will not attempt to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the AI logic engine.
  • Use automated systems (bots, spiders, or scrapers) to extract data or solutions from the Site.
  • Interfere with the performance of the Site or our servers.
  • Upload or transmit any malicious code, viruses, or "time bombs."

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the DeltaMath AI Solver team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  1. Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service.
  2. Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
  3. Academic consequences, including but not limited to failing grades, suspension, or expulsion from educational institutions.

8. Privacy and Data Handling

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as outlined in that policy, including the temporary processing of uploaded screenshots for the purpose of mathematical analysis.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in San Francisco, CA.
